I had a friend that I was hunting with...... and a group of deer came out, maybe 10 or 12. He decided he was going to clear his license in 20 seconds.......he shot a spike out in front of him, then swung to the left and shot a doe, then back to the right and shot another doe. All of them in the shoulder and none ran more than 20 yards.

It can be funny how deer act. Last year I spotted a buck with a bunch of does.
I shoot the buck, and only 1 of the does run. I watched the buck through the scope, walked about 3 steps and fell. Many of the does stayed, were looking around but did not run. It wasn't until they spotted me walking toward them.
I coulda stayed hidden and probably shot several more does???
Guess they didn't get it. I know if I was in a group, and heard a gun shot and somone fell... I am outta there...
