For muzzleloading deer, a T/C 50 cal. sidehammer w/open sights;
for rifle deer, a Rem. 700 BDL in 30-06 w/3x-9x Bushnell scope;
for shotgun deer, an Ithaca Mod. 37 Deerslayer 12 gauge.

I really do not have a favorite, as hunting is about choosing the right tool. If I was forced to choose I would pick my Savage 10ML-II ML, as I love shooting smokeless, working up different loads with different powders and bullets, and I love the centerfire rifle-like performance.
