Default tree stand

i was at walmart yesterday, and they got a "gorilla" brand tree stand that comes with a 15' ladder and a coushion seat, reg price is 100 bucks, its on sale now for 75, my question is are these stands any good, and have any of you used them before, there are only two left and i gotta know what you guys think, wish i had more details, i will see if i can find a link on the internet you can check out.
