Default Lease expectations

What do you expect from a non-resident lease?

A little background: I know of a person who is leasing up land to sub lease to non-residents (he's not a hunter, more of a financial opportunist) and heis advertising via eBay and the internet.Hehas been offeringyearly contracts.

If I were to go out of state hunting, I might use an "outfitter" to save time and put me on game. That said, I have been exclusively DIY on my last three out of state hunts.

Thoughts?

Default RE: Lease expectations

You need a lot more information than what you have given. How many acres, price per acre, number of people expected on the lease, topo, access, location and a lot more questions.
