Default fathers nice 8pt

My father got a nice 8pt last night. It was especially nice since i had seen him the night before and told my him to where i had seen him at. The other good thing about it is that this is a buck we let go last year after seeing him at least once a week. I have numerous pictures of him from last year here

and dad was able to get him last night after i had seen him down by our food plot the night before. It was nice to see the difference a year made in him-- mainly in mass and tine length.

can see the rest of the pics of him and another couple of deer killed yesterday webshots dads buck

thanks for the congrats guys. It was his first good buck in around 8-10 years so i a was really happy to see him get it. I am in my mid 30's and my father has been my hunting partner since he started taking me as a little kid. I can honestly say I was happier to see him take that buck than if I had taken it or when I took my buck this year. It was also nice to be able to show a guy or two on our lease what the difference a year makes in letting them grow up. It took some real talking to get a couple of them to pass him up last year when someone was seeing him at least once a week.

thanks
