Default Anyone having any luck late season bowhunting??

I havne't been hunting for a couple of weeks now. I was wondering if anyone has been doing any good? Are the deer moving? Have they herded up? Or are they still rutting a little bit?

They are moving here, but no evidence of being in the rut the past 3 weeks. My husband took a doe last week at about 4pm.

I shot a doe in Kankakee County this morning. They were moving just like early season. Seen 8 or 9 (didn't get a good count on the first group) in about an hour's time. Been seeing lots of movement over the last couple weeks. Had 6 right under me yesturday morning, maybe around 8:30. Just traveling from bedding to feeding.

Been seeing some does pretty regularly, but I've only seen 1 decent buck since rifle season.

I hunted last year right up until the season was out. I've never done that before. I saw lots of deer and turkey. I think the rabbit and bird hunters had them on the move.

I went out tonight and i seen 5. 3 fawns, 1 doe, and a 1 antlered buck. Passed all up but i woulda shot the buck if i had the chance. it was just a bit out of range and i never felt confident with the shot.

Went out this weekend Sat. seen 6 with 1 antlered buck and Sun. 2 antlered bucks and 1 doe. Just a little to small to shoot but made good video footage.
