Default Deer log, keeping track of deer

I posted this on the bowhunting forum as well, but I am looking for some advice on how to keep a good log of deer while hunting. I plan on using my computer, but need advice on what stuff to record, like weather, time, movement, ect.

All the advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks everyone!

I keep a log of deer hunting that includes:

property location
stand location
time on stand
time off stand
temperature
wind direction
overall weather condition(i.e. rain, snow, clouds, sunshine)
deer sightings,etc.
date
