You have to upload it to a site like this one....
http://www.imageshack.us/
Then you have to put the link it gives you in between the IMG tags. Such as

Cant you just open the file in paint and Save as..jpeg, and if the file is too big, do the stretch/skew thing untill it fits?

The ToadLicker is right but when you get done with all that save it in your ( documents ) then you can upload it from there and post them.
