Default Very Mature Doe

By this picture, this seems to be a very mature doe. She is nice sized, sagging, big tail and wide ears. What do you guys think. I know it's an obvious question, but any thoughts?

That is my only conception. It's face tells me a doe, but it's body says buck?

Looks like a alberta doe when it gets pretty cold out. They get pretty big cause they pack on alot of fat under the skin and it does make them look huge but under all that fat there is just as much meat as a regular doe.
