dead deer getting warm

so i shot a deer on monday. i was planning on cutting it up after school today but i have a doc appt at 4 so i cant until after. well this wouldnt be a problem except its now 50 degrees here. i filled the deer with ice to try and cool it down more. is there anything else i can do before it goes bad?

keep it in the shade(garages usually stay cool if they arent heated)

maybe take the hide off if you got a few minutes

keep ice in it
