Is there any western north carolina hunters in here? just wanted to see what kind of deer activity you were seeing....

I've seen a lot of does and a lot of baby deer-this year's deer.

I havent been out alot this year but have heard from several people that the rut has really started to kick in. Cant hardly wait for rifle to open monday.

only been out one time this year to take the kid squirrel hunting but rut is in full swing in the mountians saw lots of scrapes and rubs and saw one chasing a doe
