Today when me and a friend were driving we turned around by a boat landing and in the ditch I noticed there were 3 dead deer 2 were small does and they werent even skinned they had just been mutilated by predators. and the third I think must have been a buck because it was skinned and the head was missing. I live in Iowa and was wondering who I should call, and what they would do if i did. Would it help anything by calling?
