Default My First Buck

I am from Hall County Georgia. I am 28 years old. I have been on about 6 hunts this year, and helped my friends with all of the deer that they have shot. They kept telling me that my time will come. Well, my time came on Nov. 11th of this year. I went hunting by myself for the first time. It was intense listening to the forest wake up all alone. Anyway, about 30 minutes after sunrise, I saw this beautiful buck creep out from behind a tree about 50 meters from the stand. The .308 I used was a Savage, and It stopped this 180lb 8 point dead in his tracks. It was my first buck, and it was the biggest one any of us have shot this year...how bout that for a first deer!
