Poaching in PA...FINES TOO LOW..IMHO

I found this article on the PGC website. Although it is a good thing that these poachers were caught in my opinion the fines and loss of hunting priveledges aren't enough. There should be jail time involved. What do the rest of you think?

Hard to believe Pennsylvania has limp wristed judges and laws.

After reading that story, It appears they also dont even issue warrunts for the unpaid fines. With that many unpaid wildlife violation fines, why even bother to fine him? Throw out 7 or 8 warrunts for unpaid fines, and let him rot for a few years.
