I still can't figure out why they call the traps "Live Traps". All the Racoon and Possum that I catch in mine never come out that way.

My wife bought me one for my birthday. I think she is ready to stick it up my.....well, she's tired of hearing me practice on it. I think its a gimmick. I find it odd that no one ever had footage of a growling buck, until the calls were for sale. To get it to growl, it just sounds like a normal grunt call that is being blown on too hard.

I like MAD calls (snort/grunt/wheeze) and I was all set to get one. After hearing them on TV, I believe that I can make that sound with the calls I have.

My bad! I had never heard of a Growl Call! I don't even use a Grunt Call. All I have used is the Fawn In Distress Call when hunting Does!

They gotta come up with something new every couple of years to get your money. After this one I am waiting for them to come out with a "buck-fart" next!!!!

Primos just came out with the Buck Roar which sounds more realistic. If you have the HS True Talker you can make the same sounds. I like the Primos because it combined the snort/wheeze.
