Default Youngest Hunters?

I am curious, what is the age of youngest person that you know who has killed a deer with bow, crossbow, or gun?

Both my sons killed their first deer when they were 6. My youngest son begged to hunt when he was 5, but I didn't feel like he was ready.

My buddies son just shot his first deer(doe) at 11 yrs old. I got 2 son`s but it`s hard with NY`s 16 yr old big game age.

I can't believe some of the age limits in the southern states... I consider myself a young hunter. I am 15 years old and have hunted everyother day of my life... I am in the woods every oppurunity I get and I can't say, no matter how safe I was, I wouldn't have let myself hunt at any age under 10... I think it is crazy....

I've been hunting since the second grade. By the time I was 10, I was as good a hunter as a lot of adults, and definitely safer than most, because I was trained so early.
