Well after taking that buck this morning In Alabama Ithought I would huntthe samefarm itson the Bama Tennessee state line (same farm as this morning). This small farm is about 200 acres and generally produces a fewsmall deer butnothing real big. I got in my stand about 2.30..it was cloudy with a stiff breeze out of the south but I had no sooner got in my blind thatit started raining and the wind shifted from out of the north. I decided about 3.45 to grunt a little not expecting it to work ...about 10 min later I looked out the back side of my blind and saw this cull buck lookingtowrds my blind from off an old field road ..I had to compleatly turn around in my blind...squat and get in a position to shoot ... the old 270Browning barked and the buck dropped like a sack of tatters ... the Ballistic tip put a hole init that looked like a softball ..... here are a few pictures I made from my blind ... first three are looking south where I took the buck this morning the next two are from the north where I took the buck this evening ...hope you enjoy the pics ...was a pretty good day with two bucks down even though they aint much to brag about ...but emm emmmmm good eating and they needed to go!
