A 35 was my first rifle. Simlar to a 30-30 but available in heavier bullets weights

Yes killed many with it. over all I pefer it to the 30-30 for shorter shots 100 yards and in. Better knock down power than the 30-30

My buddy put away his .270 and picked one up for hunting the big woods. He's shot a number of deer and bears withit. He wouldn't trade it for anything.

I have a Remington .35 Pump action rifle. This is a great rifle and extremely accurate and is great for long range shooting as well as covering brush. I have shot many deer with my 35.A couple years ago I had it tapped and had a Red Dot mounted on it. Its sweeter now than ever.

I have a marlin lever in .35 Rem. It is the easiest shooting rifle that I own. I've carried it a lot and have always wanted to kill a deer with it, but I have never had the opportunity.
Great gun, but I'll disagree about it being "long range". Keep it under 150 yards.....

it is a great short to mid range rifle for deer and bear. mine always shot pretty goodwith the 200 grain bullets. got a ton of deer with it but never had a chance to use it on a bear.
