Default Homemade Deer Cooler?

Has anyone built one? What did you use for the cooling unit? How much insulation did it take? Any info on this will be greatly appreciated.

I took a walk in cooler, the kind you would see in a meat market, and mounted it on a trailer. It is about 6' x 8' inside. It will cool down too about 28* and the unit will shut off. When it gets about 35* it will come on. It gets anything you put in it cold but not frozen. I have had 4 deer and a beef in it at one time.
