Are there areas in Oregon which allow game carts but also allow you to clear a cooridor in order to get your cart through the forest?

this is allowed in areas of Montana but not sure on Oregon.

yes but limited in scope.

In either state, cutting live trees on National Forest lands would be illegal as would using wheeled carts in designated Wilderness Areas.
