Looking for some info on unit 19 elk, want to talk with some who have hunted it lately. I know access is limited and have the maps, the HMA area and talked to the FS. We pulled four tags as NR's and two will be on their first elk hunt. What I am considering doing is going out earlier on my own to hunt, learn the area then return with the others as filling four tags in a week in this unit will be a tall order. A priority will be getting the first timers on some elk when we are all together. Appreciate any info..thanks
