I put in for the draw in 58/581 for 2nd or 3rd rifle season. Hopefully I'll draw this year. Going after mule deer.

Bobsspike, how are you entering Domerock, Mueller SP? I've hiked there during the summer a few years back and saw some huge bucks. Well at least to me, I'm used to hunting florida deer, bout the size of a german shepard.

if you go in the park side and walk in there is a 2 mile walk and the gate Mountie will point you to the place.

Hi all.... Newbie to this forum, not to hunting
I live in 511... Couple years back I did Muzzleloading and last year year rifle 3rd season for Elk...
Very disappointing with all the Dirt Bikes, ATV's, Hikers, Campers... etc. 511 is very populated with people.
Now with that said, About a mouth ago there were Moose and Elk in 511 and of course Deer everywhere.
So if you want to take your chances in 511 you might find something, but you WILL find motorized vehicles also.

I have been scouting 581, lots of Scat... Bear (fresh), Elk (old and fresh), Deer, Coyote, Dog, etc...

We have a fresh blanket of snow, so maybe scouting will be better now.

(now I gotta figure out this Profile thingy) Be Safe

So I drew a archery deer tag for 581,58,49,and was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction where to find a buck. Moved here 4 years ago so I'm not to familiar with anything. I've been everywhere pretty much. Seen deer here and there. But nothing to great. Not asking anyone for honey holes or anything. Just advise
