Wyoming Bird Hunting

Looking for good areas in Wyoming to bird hunt. Dont care what kind of birds, anything will do. I just moved back to Wyoming with my 2 labs and I need to find somewhere to take them this fall besides bird farms. Thanks

Where are you at in Wyoming. I just maved back to Wy and have a GSP that I used to hunt birds in Nebraska with. There are a couple of walk in areas near here and there is supposed to be some around Sheridan.

I'm back in Gillette. I noticed your profile says you are in Wright. I'm just north of you, I come through Wright almost on a daily basis.

I have not tried these walk in areas but have talked to a few people that have and they find some pheasants on them. I am hoping to get out there and try them at least once or twice this year. I also still have a nonresident license for Nebraska so I will probably go back there once this year.

what do you normally hunt with your labs? If you ever want to go out there let me know.
