Ever do a duck dance?

My son is hunting for the first time this year and on Saturday he shot his firts two ducks. Both male wood ducks and absolutely beautiful! Any way, I walk down the bank and turn back to look at my son as I retrieve the first duck and he is doing his best imitation of Rocky as he hops around in circles, his hands high over his head. (yes he leaned the gun up against the tree first) He was jumping up and down and around. I almost fell in laughing. I will remember that " duck dance" for the rest of my life!!!

I think I created a monster...THANK GOD

It' s awesome that he enjoys hunting that much,and congratulations. I was able to go along with a friend of mine for his first duck hunt 2 years ago, and after killing a big ole green head with his first shot, he did the duck dance while singing (I GOTTA DUCK I GOTTA DUCK) . He' s been a diehard duck hunter ever since.

When I picked up my first banded greenhead 2 years ago I jumped up and down and screamed like a little girl. My hunting buddy thought it was funny as hell to see a 6 foot tall 250 pounder doing that in knee deep water. Felt kinda bad making him walk out...
