Default Went to Nebraska to close season

It was a good trip. Weather on Saturday was challenging. Got one on Sunday.

End to a fun season.

haha. Obviously not a pill for my aging memory.

Goose. We were finishing out the dark goose season.

Man. Getting old sucks.

DJ,

Aim safe, Aim true, don't forget to pull the trigger and you'll be good to go. Hope you had a good time.

Not bad advice. I will.

I had a great time. My buddy was raised out there, and he puts a blind in a different field every year with his brother. I get to go once or twice a year. Lots of fun.

The only problem with good hunting is that when you are all said and done with a lot of work and fun, you only end up with goose.

Waterfowl hunting is something I really have never got to do. But have always wanted to. Seems like something that you could really sink some money in to.

It is just that. Fun, but expensive. Goose is, anyway. I have a few dekes and my gun. With their pit, it makes sense to do.

The hard part is that when it's all said and done, you only get goose out of it. Not the best table fair, IMO.

Duck hunting on the other hand, is a hoot, and many of them taste great.
