Teal numbers lower or same?

Are you seeing a change in teal numbers? I read that overall duck production might be a down a little this year. I was wondering if any body had seen lower teal numbers than in the last 2-3 years.

Normally this time of the year they are out front on Champlain but so far not much other than some geese.
