I'm glad to see there are some people who look at this with common sense, not with "indignation because of admiration" -for a hunter simply because he got famous.
In fact, I think semi-famous of famous hunters or pro athletes or personalities - should be punished more severly than the average guy, because they took on the mantle of stardom, and along with that goes a responsibility to set an example for the rest of us. If you dont like the responsibility - don't put yourself out there in the public eye so much.
It appears Jeff was out in the public eye - way too much for his own good.
Instead of making excuses, he should be ashamed of himself.
As I said on one of the ohter threads, I knew Jeff before he became famous, and he was an average guy and a nice guy. But, as his notoriety grew - so did his head.
Two years ago I would have described him as pompous ** s and a jerk. Who thought he was too good to talk to people - unless it was to promote his business and make a dollar.
