Hunting Missouri Rivers...

Does anyone know the legality of hunting rivers in Missouri. I have asked people at the local CA offices about hunting rivers right by the state conservation areas, but never asked what the rules are about the whole river. Can you hunt anywhere on the river? Only certain areas? How are they designated, etc.? Anyone know?

all waterfowl limits and restrictions are the same
the boats cannot be in motion while hunting
you still need all permits also
