Im in Arkansas. I am willing to travel. It seems like there aren't many canadas here. I have the minimum in gear (layout blind, 12 full body decoys, iffy calling skills, flag) I have been scouting for the last two weeks, found two flocks of birds.. They were about 60 to 70 birds each, but i think they are residents. I got permission to hunt one field, but we only saw two birds, and they looked busted up. Killed 7 ducks but never fired a shot at a goose.

How far are you willing to travel?

ND for the spring Snow Goose Hunt is AWSOME.
No plugs required, electronic calls allowed, no bag limit's.

Rochester, MN in Dec. is very good for Canada's as well. Also, lots of public hunting areas, with open river water to hunt bear by.

In Arkansas we have a conservation snow goose hunt in march as well. It is pretty fun but I am set on killing some canadas. I found about 100 or so birds using a cut cornfield gonna try my luck Sunday morning. I'll post some pics... If i get to take any... I guess i shouldn't count my chickens...
