decoy question

i have a question. i have some older decoys that my grandpa had. they are mostly mallard but i know at least one pintail i believe. my question is what to do with them. I dont hunt waterfowl and have no use for them.

How old are they? If no need for them I would give them to a young sportsman or woman so they can enjoy a little slice of heaven!

It all depends on what brand the old decoys are
If cork or LL Beam , herders or several others
They are worth some $$
You could sell them or just enjoy them

If just some generic plactic or foam decoys
I would donate then to a youth group or to a local youth so he or she could have some decoys of their own to hunt over

Last fall I donated 2 - 1 doz packages of decoys , bag , decoy line and weights to a youth hunt

We took 10 kids and a parent on a youth hunt
Each kid left with a doz decoys ready to hunt along with a few ducks and a lot of memeroys

How bout this if anyone knows a youngster or anyone that could use some i will post pics of them and we will see if we cant work something out. I dont know of anyone around here that could use any so i'll help out one of my fellow HNI buddies with some dekes.
