i was just wondering if anyone could give some tips on how to make "CHEAP" snow goose decoys

If I were you I'd try to make some "Texas rags". Plenty of white cloth and maybe some kind of wire frame with some black on the wing tips may get them close enough to down a few. Seems simple enough to make.
