Default New to the game!

Hi everyone, new to the forum and have read some great things. Great tips and tricks and of course the pics and stories!

I'm shooting a rem 870 Express Super Mag. and I'm wondering the best ammo for ducks and the best for geese. The 870 has the flexiability to shoot all of different shells!
Any advice?

Do you have a ported barrel? If not the Federal Blackcloud has been the choice for all of my hunting friends. There website is called dropduckslikerain.com and my friends have all said it truly drops ducks and geese like crazy. Its quite expensive though.

I'm gonna give the Blackcloud a try myself. Sounds to be a good load. I'll try #2's in my 870, as they seem to shot pretty well.

shoot the fastest steel you can find, preferably something 1500 fps or faster.kent and federal make some pretty fast loads. i use #2 shot, but some people like BB's and some like 4's. most people use a cyl, imp cyl or mod choke. get a sling for your gun too.
