we have a bunch of mag and super mag decoys. but las year we got some fullbody decoys also. is it a bad idea to use these in our spread since everything else is shell's? thanks
No, they will not hurt you if they are laid out right and they are quality decoys. I always use my shells when there is snow, mags to super mags! Full bodys will make your spread look much more realistic.

I agree with ColoradoLuckyDog. Any full body decoy will only help. We use Big Foot full body decoys with great success. We usually put a dozen or so in a silhoutte spread to add realism and the "full body" effect.
If you look at a gaggle of live Canada geese, you will see some of them standing, some of them feeding, and some of them lying down, so if you have many decoys with varying positions, the more realistic it appears.
