Default Just got some mounts back from the taxidermist!

I just got my drake bufflehead mount back from the taxidermist. It took a while, but definitely worth it. Thought I would share a pic.

Nice mounts for sure! Congrats! In all my years of waterfowl hunting, Ive never mounted a bird. What should I expect to spend for a good quality mount like these?

Very nicely done...I have a great piece of drift wood about 6 feet long that I was wanting to do a scene with. Have some birds perched on it, some fish underneath it, and a bird flying down into it. I have a blank wall and only 1 bird in my freezer so I need to get busy!

Colorado luckydog...I called different places that ranged from 100-250$, i found i guy my uncle knew to do it for 70$ and in an 8th of the time it would have took the big companies. He had it done in about 2 weeks ad he was pretty busy at the time to.
