Default duck lakes

Just wondering if anybody had any suggestions about what to plant in a duck lake. I am in Missouri so the winters get pretty chilly and the summers are hot.

Thanks,
Jesse

I highly suggest you check with the DNR in your state and actually see if it is legal too plant in a lake.. Invasive species are no joking matter!

Hey thanks for the replies, I live in Northwes Missouri. I plan on planting corn in it and millet, but plan on using biologic on the levees. The deer population has gone up tremendously since we started it. We killed a 160 class buck off of it this year.

Thanks,
Jesse

smart weed, corn, rice, millet, all good ideas but like swamp thing says check the DNR cuz if its legal you get heavy fines, plus you cannot hunt that water until it is all cleaned out
