Default Cooking Duck

Hey guys this is my first year duck hunting and I killed quite a few and now I am wondering what is the best way to cook them???

Slice them with the grain in strips (2 or 3 in a breast)and let them soak in salt water with a little bit of apple cider vinegar. Then place in a bag of Jack Daniels EZ Marinade Honey and Terriyaki for a couple of hours. Throw them on a HOT grill for a couple of minutes. Quick easy and GOOD!!

I actually have some sitting in a bag as we speak, and the grill is warming up!
