Default Sea Ducks out West. Recomendations?

I am wanting to plan a sea duck hunt next year, can anyone recomend an outfitter. I am speciffically targeting Harliquins and Oldsquaws, would like to go after KIng Eiders also but cannot realistically afford them. I am looking to go to Alaska or Washington and hunting for at least 4 days. But I do not want to go over my budget of 2500 for the whole trip. Can anyone help??????????
