Default Duck huntin info needed

I just moved to south alabama for school and I'm planning on going with my buddies to bust some ducks.I grew up hunting deer and turkeys but I've never had the chance to go duck hunting. My buddies go a lot and every one of em have told me different things so I'd like some more opinions, I guess so I'll be even more confused. I got waders and camo and all that crap, but what kind of choke tube would be best? I shoot a Remington 870 sps-t super mag. What size shot is best for ducks? I have a feeling duck huntin is gonna be kind of like golf for me, I'll suck at it and waste too much money on it. Lemme know somethin though, thanks fellas.....and gals if that's the case.

I would try a IC or mod ( IC is my first choice )

Good gun

I would shoot #3 or #2 , 3" 1 1/4 oz at 1400 fps or 1 1/8 oz at 1500 fps or faster

I'm already crazy enough, this could be bad, haha. I appreciate it though, maybe I'll be back with a success story. Thanks

#2 and #3's are my favorite size. As for choke tube I go with IC or MOD. for the spread unless your a good shot then it's all full choke and knock 'em dead!!!
