Default Broke in some new waders

I just got back from helping a buddy of mine drag his deer out of the lake. Turned out to be a 10 point with a 17.5 inch spread and I never dreamed that is what I'd be doing the first time I got my new waders wet!

Yea I guess you could call him that. One thing is for sure, he was no stranger to the water because I believe he was heading for a island that is so thick you can't walk through it in some places but he only made about half way there. When I got there the water had settled and I could see his tracks in the mud and I found him in water that was a little over knee deep.

BTW I think I'm gonna like my waders and I'll get to try them out a little better next saturday on a river wood duck hunt.
