Default Public land in Central or N. IL?

Does anyone hunt any public land in IL? I'm primarily a deer hunter but am starting to get into waterfowl hunting. Primarily interested in ducks. I was thinking about somewhere on the IL river but I'm not too sure about the regs..

You should check out this private reserve in Central IL. It looks pretty reasonable.
