I shot my first duck and it feels great!!a woodduck im mounting it to!

Congrats buckhunter, Woodies (Drake or Hen) are one of the most beautiful ducks out there.

my first duck was a woodie as well.. We have a slough that runs through some of our corn fields and there are always 20 or so woodies sitting in there.. so my dad and i jumped them and shot a beautiful drake woodie at about 20 yards.. they are the most beautiful ducks!!! I'd like to get one mounted too!!

buck congrats on ya first bird .... for sum reason i think i have alreadycongradulated yaon ya first wood duck on another site ... lol .... hen woodie right ??? small world .... great job and keep on knockin em down !!!

Shot a nice pair of drakes last year... Wish I hadn't of carried them out by the necks or they would be on the wall.
