How was the trip? I want to see some pictures when you get caught up.

There was some data lost (I think it was back to9-28) when they performed the maintenance. I guess this was the last saved backup they had available. A post was listed about it.

Well Made it back yesterday morning....

We endup up with over 100 birds for 3 full days of hunting...

First Afternoon hunted 2 potholes and setup for an ambush primarily got some teal, wigeon, redheads, and mallards...

Second morning hunted honkers and ended up with 21 Giants, 1 Lesser, and 1 Cack and 3 ducks...our shooting as a group could have been better!

Second afternoon hunted a pothole and shot 1 crane, and a mix of puddle ducks.

Third Morning we hunted a pea field for mallards/pins/woodies got only 32 due to one guy refusing to keep his nice shiny white face in his blind excess of probably 2000 ducks flared that morning at approx.40 yds. couldda choked him after I realized it was going on, but poop happens!

Did some pass shooting midday for cans/bills/redheads and a mix of puddler and got a dozen or so before moving to a pothole kind of late to pick up a couple teal....

The last morning we hunted we set up for ducks and snows in a barley field. First light we had singles of snows and a couple ducks playing kamakaze....shortly after a flock of 10,000+ and 4 miles long of snows set down in a field 1 mile away and shut us right down....Also picked up another crane there...

All in all a great time!

I didn't realise it was going on or it would have been corrected at the time, like you said live and learn. Glad you had fun. Andy

Glad you had a great hunt Adam. Do I see a return trip to Manitoba in your future? I wish we could have met.

Ron

#3 is my favorite for ducks as I have mentioned, but a few honkers fell to it also....
