Default Dam planting

what would you plant on a dam that would be waterfowl friendly, food, nesting cover?

I was going to plant wheat, clover and lespedza, what do you think?

i am doing the same thing on some of my hunting property... i got some seed from that biologic makes for these applications. i'm not sure what is in the stuff for the pound, but i'm going to plant grains and grass around the pound.
