Duck and or Goose Recipes

Here is my favorite Duck recipe

6 duck breasts (cut in bite size pieces)
Bacon
Water Chestnuts
Brown Sugar
Marinade**

Instructions
Marinate duck bites over night. Wrap duck and water chestnuts with a half slice of bacon. Toothpick the bacon on the breasts, and then roll in brown sugar until completely covered. Once all the pieces are wrapped and smothered place remainder of brown sugar on the top of the duck. Then place on baking sheet and broil for 5 minutes and then turn and broil for another 3-4 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.

**My Special Marinade
1 cup of brown sugar
tsp garlic
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of crown royal

I had some duck real similer to that recipie that was acually edible. I love hunting them but hate eating them. I usually make jerkey out of my ducks which I really like.
