I've lived here all my life and hunted waterfowl for years now. I dont know about the rest of canada but I know personally that new Brunswick has many great places to hunt ducks and geese.

I hunt ducks and geese here in southern quebec. I also heard that there are some great places in New Brunswick, especially if you're willing to brave the february cold.
