Default What is a good gun to get for saltwater hunting

What is a good shotgun to buy to use from a boat in saltwater. My last gun the saltwater rusted it before i got it home

Try looking at the Remington 870 Marine Mag., it has an "electroless" nickle plating that covers the inside of the barrell and reciever as well. The only drawback for hunting is that it seems to only come with an 18" barrell.

remington 870 express dads had one for a long time and ive had on for three years and its never failed eithr of us

Beretta 391 Xtrema 2. their 'Aqua' technology is designed exactly for this situation.

u want the toughest most reliable gun made, that beretta would be a pretty nice choice, but if you dont want to spent that much go with the ol' trusty 870

870 and a can of flat black rustoleum. (My dad was going to kill me at first, but I only did it to one of them and it really works.) If you do it, just paint the outside, don't get it on any moving parts.
