Default Beginers Question

We have a pretty large beaver pond that has been backed up many times. there are at least 7 or 8 dams and the water seems to be pretty shallow. it looks like a good place to hunt and i need a way to attract the ducks into a corner so i can hunt them what would be the best ways and can i plant anything. also this is in ga so its mainly woodies so r decoys necessary or not. thanks for any help
