duck boat blind

I have a 14' jon boat that i would like to build a fold-up/retactable blind for. any ideas other than buying one from avery?

We built them out of conduit, u-bar and 1" aluminum strapping and have actually had success with 2x2's, firring strips and lattice also(college student edition!).....both worked well, two of us are engineers and we made do with what we could scrouge up!!!
