Default RE: Shot my first Sandhill crane! Any recipes?

split it down the middle, throw in some onions, bell peppers, jalepenos, a little salt and pepper, some cheese, and throw in some tony cacheres for the outside of the breast and throw it on the grill and cook it like a steak. It is best fresh off the bone, there is a reason it is called a Ribeye in the sky. And if you dont like the taste of waterfowl,(You can jerk a turd and people will eat it) Quote from Snoot

They make excellent Fajitas! Just follow your favorite recipe for chicken or beef fajitas.
