When pulled up on a duck, make sure you aim before the ducks bill. This allows time for the bb's to get to the duck instead of behind it. This is very critical.

Waterfowl hunting isn't like deer hunting. Unless your lucky enough to own or have access to an area that waterfowl use then your really at the mercy of your friends that do have access. And in the end it all comes down to money, and lots of it. Waterfowling is a very expensive hobby and can be very addicting and rewarding.

Make close friends with anyone you know that has a place to hunt. I'm 22 so I know at our ages money isn't abundant. But you could offer to buy some decoys, help with rigging, help consturct or refurbish the blind during the off season that will earn you some brownie points come hunting season.

I think someone needs to take their head outta their rear end and find a new hangout, maybe a forum for juvenile delinquents would be more suitable....
